The project grew out of a study caried out by Jeane at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales EHES on the subject of Les 6 èmes Rencontres Africaines de la Photographie de Bamako. After a series of discusions on photographic practices with Baptiste, the idea was born: a network that would establish mutual training programs, an exchange of knowledge and skils, taking as its starting point the existing skils in each country in order to help them to face comon isues and thus to evolve continualy.
